PIR Tracking in Services

The PIR module (available by clicking Services > PIR) allows you to collect and view PIR data for participants throughout the school year.  This screen has 3 different sections that you can use collect PIR information about each participant.  

 

 

You may find that many of the fields on this screen are already populated with data. This is because ChildPlus lets you collect some of this data within the actual module that it is related to (for example, you can collect family services data directly in the Family Services module). Keep in mind that if you change a value for a PIR question in this module, your change will be reflected throughout the system as well.

 

Before recording PIR information for a participant, make sure that you select the program term that you want to track PIR information for.
